- Accessibility seats are limited to the front row, nearest to the stage. Please call +974 6650 1212 to book accessibility seats.
- Customers applying for Mobility Access Tickets are not entitled to request a complimentary ticket for a companion. Companion tickets are to be bought separately.
- Please be respectful to other fans and only apply for these tickets if you truly require them. They are limited in number due to stage configuration.
- U EVENTS recommends that customers avoid purchasing U EVENTS-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites such as eBay, Facebook Groups, StubHub, and any other ticketing platforms other than uevents.me. This is because there is a possibility that the ticket may not be valid for entry or may be canceled by U EVENTS if it is determined that the ticket has been resold. It is worth noting that in certain countries, the reselling of tickets is prohibited by law.
- It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.
- U EVENTS does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.
- If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.

- Tickets are final and 100% non-refundable.
- No re-entry or exit once you've entered the venue.
- Seating is based on the section purchased. The organizer reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements if necessary.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual causing disturbance or behaving inappropriately.
